Is my registration fee refundable if I am unable to rappel?
All registration fees and donations are non-refundable for events that are not cancelled or rescheduled. If your event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will refund your registration fee upon request. Upon request, we will transfer your donations to another Shatterproof Challenge campaign in your name within one year.

My location's building has not been confirmed yet, should I still register?
Because there are a limited number of spots available in each city, we encourage you to register to secure the opportunity to rappel. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to the building selection process, your registration fee will be refunded upon request.
